An exciting announcement from Bill Barnes, President and CEO of Mountain Harbor Resort and Spa!
I am absolutely delighted to announce that Jennifer Brewer, Owner of Jenn’s Gourmet Galley Restaurant at the Airport in Mount Ida, is joining Mountain Harbor’s Management team to direct the operation of a new Harbor department – Jenn’s Specialty Foods.
Jennifer will be closing her restaurant and bringing her talents and her wonderful reputation for terrific desserts, extraordinary catering and custom meal design provisioning to Mountain Harbor. In addition she will be developing and preparing gourmet frozen meals that can be purchased at the Joplin Store and the Marina Store for you to heat and eat when you are worn out from the lake.
Jennifer will be officially on board May 15th, but she would be delighted to talk to anyone and answer questions at any time.
One of her favorite ventures has been her catering. She is looking forward to working with anyone on custom catering ideas for weddings, birthday parties, small intimate dinners catered to your boat, home, or cabin — or just feeding the family – or any other event.
I am extremely excited that Jennifer has agreed to join Harbor’s Management Team and can’t wait to offer these new services to all our customers and friends. Because this is brand new, I am sure there will be some changes and modifications within Jenn’s Department as we listen to what our customers want.
Jenn’s Specialty Foods department is an opportunity to serve our customers in a new way in conjunction with the extremely popular food and standards of the Lodge Restaurant.
